\/>\nAdem\u00e1s, se present\u00f3 el informe de entorno social, que determin\u00f3 un trastorno patol\u00f3gico, a lo que se suma su estado de vulnerabilidad, todo corroborado con el testimonio anticipado de la ni\u00f1a, en el que identifica claramente a su agresor.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<button class=\"responsivevoice-button\" type=\"button\" title=\"ResponsiveVoice Tap to Start\/Stop Speech\" data-rvtts-action=\"speak\" data-rvtts-text=\"Informaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica Fiscal\u00eda proces\u00f3 este caso con base en el art\u00edculo 170, inciso 2, del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP), que sanciona el abuso sexual con pena privativa de libertad de siete a diez a\u00f1os, m\u00e1s las agravantes establecidas en el art\u00edculo 48, numeral 9, del mismo cuerpo legal, que
