Con base en estos elementos de convicci\u00f3n se inici\u00f3 el proceso penal, adem\u00e1s la fiscal fundament\u00f3 en legal y debida forma la solicitud de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, pedido que fue acogido por el Juez.
