El hecho investigado se produjo el 10 de diciembre de 2020. En un operativo liderado por la Fiscal\u00eda, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda Nacional, los procesados fueron detenidos en una bananera ubicada en el cant\u00f3n El Guabo, en la v\u00eda Barbones \u2013 Tendales.
