E. y lo sentenci\u00f3 a veintinueve a\u00f1os con cuatro meses de pena privativa de la libertad. En la audiencia de juzgamiento, el fiscal Wilmo Giovanny Soxo, expuso ante los jueces los testimonios de los peritos que realizaron los informes psicol\u00f3gico y de entorno social practicado a la v\u00edctima. Tambi\u00e9n se reprodujo el testimonio anticipado de la agraviada. A partir de ese d\u00eda, C\u00e9sar Octavio E. E. aprovech\u00f3 los momentos en que su sobrina pol\u00edtica estaba sola y, mediante amenazas, la atac\u00f3 en varias ocasiones, hasta que la v\u00edctima cumpli\u00f3 14 a\u00f1os, en 2022. La adolescente habl\u00f3 con sus padres de lo que le estaba sucediendo y acudi\u00f3 a la psic\u00f3loga del centro de salud m\u00e1s cercano.
