La Fiscal del caso acus\u00f3 al ahora sentenciado, con base en pruebas como: testimonio de la v\u00edctima, de personas que presenciaron la agresi\u00f3n, de los agentes de la Polic\u00eda que efectuaron el reconocimiento del lugar de los hechos e investigaron el caso, y de peritos que practicaron el examen m\u00e9dico-legal a la v\u00edctima y ex\u00e1menes de ADN. Para precautelar su integridad f\u00edsica, la persona agredida fue ingresada al Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas y Testigos (Spavt).\" data-rvtts-voice=\"Spanish Latin American Female\"
