garant\u00edas penitenciarias realizada este jueves 15 de diciembre, sobre la base de un informe errado del Sistema Nacional de Atenci\u00f3n a Personas Privadas de Libertad (SNAI) y con una interpretaci\u00f3n subjetiva del juzgador \u2013considerada por esta Instituci\u00f3n como contraria a la Ley\u2013, el juez Ald\u00e1s concedi\u00f3 la prelibertad al ciudadano mencionado, por lo cual, en la misma audiencia, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado fundament\u00f3 de forma en\u00e9rgica su oposici\u00f3n, por cuanto, para que pueda hacerse acreedora a este beneficio, la persona Fiscal\u00eda considera que este tipo de decisiones afectan gravemente la administraci\u00f3n de justicia, laceran la confianza ciudadana en la institucionalidad p\u00fablica y permiten que los hechos
