Adem\u00e1s, se dispuso el pago de una multa de 800 salarios b\u00e1sicos unificados y 5.000 d\u00f3lares, como reparaci\u00f3n integral a la v\u00edctima. data-rvtts-text=\"Informaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica: La Fiscal\u00eda proces\u00f3 este caso con base a lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 171, del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Integral Penal (COIP), que sanciona el delito de violaci\u00f3n con pena privativa de libertad de diecinueve a veintid\u00f3s a\u00f1os, junto a las agravantes del art\u00edculo 48 numeral 9, del mismo cuerpo legal, que
