El hecho ocurri\u00f3 fuera de la casa que constru\u00eda Darwin R.: recibi\u00f3 una llamada telef\u00f3nica de alguien que \u2013supuestamente\u2013 buscaba trabajo y lleg\u00f3 al lugar. En ese momento sali\u00f3 y aparecieron cuatro personas, incluidas los procesados \u2013de 19 y 20 a\u00f1os\u2013 en una camioneta.
