El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">Durante la audiencia de formulaci\u00f3n de cargos, efectuada el d\u00eda martes 20 de mayo del 2014, el juez de Garant\u00edas Penales de Tungurahua, Carlos Altamirano, dict\u00f3 orden de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y 30 d\u00edas para el cumplimiento de la instrucci\u00f3n fiscal.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\">En la audiencia, la fiscal Elizabeth C\u00f3rdova expuso los argumentos que involucrar\u00edan a C.A.S. como presunto autor del crimen de su madre. Versiones de testigos, prendas de vestir y muestras de d\u00f3nde habr\u00eda sido enterrada la v\u00edctima fueron las evidencias presentadas.
