La hoy sentenciada omiti\u00f3 esta \u00faltima informaci\u00f3n al personal de Dinased mientras se realizaban las investigaciones. Mar\u00eda Elena M.Ch., intent\u00f3 ayudar a la v\u00edctima, llam\u00f3 a sus familiares quienes lo trasladaron a la casa de salud m\u00e1s cercana, al complicarse su cuadro lo trasladaron al Hospital General Ambato en donde falleci\u00f3 a causa de una hemorragia cerebral, fractura craneal y traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico por objeto contundente.
