R. como responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n incestuosa en grado de tentativa. \u00a0 Los hechos se registraron el 27 de febrero de 2021 en la ciudad de Yantzaza, en el domicilio en el que conviv\u00eda la v\u00edctima con sus padres. El agresor en este caso fue su progenitor quien intent\u00f3 violentar a la adolescente de 15 a\u00f1os de edad.
