G. G., por el presunto delito de violaci\u00f3n a una menor de edad.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">La jueza D\u00e9cimo Segunda de Garant\u00edas Penales del Guayas, Guadalupe Manrique, acogi\u00f3 el dictamen de la fiscal Mirian Moncayo y llam\u00f3 a juicio al cl\u00e9rigo, en audiencia realizada el 04 de noviembre del 2013.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Entre los elementos de convicci\u00f3n presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda constan los ex\u00e1menes del m\u00e9dico legista y del psicol\u00f3go realizados a la v\u00edctima. Adem\u00e1s del informe investigativo de la Polic\u00eda Judicial.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">En la diligencia, la magistrada ratific\u00f3\u00a0 la orden de detenci\u00f3n contra el sospechoso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Seg\u00fan el C\u00f3digo Penal, el delito de violaci\u00f3n tiene una pena de 16 a 25 a\u00f1os de reclusi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guayaquil.- La Fiscal\u00eda Provincial del Guayas emiti\u00f3 dictamen acusatorio contra el sacerdote P.
