A., cuyos principales accionistas ser\u00edan sus familiares, contra quienes tambi\u00e9n se formular\u00e1 cargos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 21px; margin: 0px 0px 1.35em; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">Seg\u00fan las indagaciones, el detenido quien fue posesionado el 5 de febrero del 2012, se beneficiaba de remates de veh\u00edculos y propiedades que se realizaban en el juzgado donde laboraba.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 21px; margin: 0px 0px 1.35em; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">El funcionario p\u00fablico y sus cuatro familiares fueron detenidos con fines investigativos el 16 de octubre del 2013 tras la emisi\u00f3n de una \u00a0orden solicitada por la Fiscal\u00eda a<span style=\"line-height: 18px;\">l presidente de la Corte Provincial de Justicia del Guayas, Francisco Morales.
