M. abogado de J. B. quien era contratista de Senagua.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">El prevaricato, es un delito contra la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y seg\u00fan el Art. 277 del C\u00f3digo Penal, estipula prisi\u00f3n de uno a cinco a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que por esta actuaci\u00f3n L.B.O. fue destituida por el Pleno del Consejo de la Judicatura, el 2 de septiembre del 2013.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Portoviejo .-Por pedido de la Fiscal\u00eda, el presidente encargado de la Corte Provincial de Manab\u00ed, Jaime C\u00e1rdenas, orden\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra L.B.O., ex jueza de la Mujer, Ni\u00f1ez y Adolescencia de Manab\u00ed, por el presunto delito de prevaricato.
