line-height: 20.4pt; background: white; background-attachment: scroll;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\">El Tribunal Tercero de Garant\u00edas Penales del Guayas declar\u00f3 culpable a Linda Lady Bimbela Vera, por el delito de arrebatamiento de ni\u00f1os, seg\u00fan lo establece el <\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #1f497d;\">A<\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\">rt. 543 del C\u00f3digo Penal. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 20.4pt; background: white; background-attachment: scroll;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\">La Fiscal\u00eda fundament\u00f3 su acusaci\u00f3n basad<\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #1f497d;\">a<\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\"> en las pruebas recopiladas en contra de Bimbela Vera, quien figura como la principal implicada en el rapto de una beb\u00e9 en los exteriores de la Maternidad Enrique Sotomayor, el 31 de julio del 2012.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 20.4pt; background: white; background-attachment: scroll;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\">En su resoluci\u00f3n, el Tribunal tambi\u00e9n resolvi\u00f3 declarar la culpabilidad, en el grado de encubridor, de Vicente Anastacio Olmedo Loor, quien habr\u00eda colaborado para esconder a la infante. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 20.4pt; background: white; background-attachment: scroll;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\">En la audiencia de juzgamiento, realizada la tarde del 18 de julio del 2013, el fiscal\u00a0C\u00e9sar Pe\u00f1a, present\u00f3 como principal prueba en contra de Bimbela Vera,\u00a0 las versiones de la madre y <\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #1f497d;\">la <\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\">abuela de la menor, quienes reconocieron a la <\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #1f497d;\">ahora sentenciada,<\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\"> como la autora material del hecho. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 20.4pt; background: white; background-attachment: scroll;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\">El d\u00eda del rapto, la procesada manipul\u00f3 a la progenitora y a la abuela de la ni\u00f1a, para que se la\u00a0entregara<\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #1f497d;\">n<\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\"> a cambio de comprarle prendas de vestir. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 20.4pt; background: white; background-attachment: scroll;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\">La captura de Bimbela Vera se produjo tras dos meses de investigaci\u00f3n<\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> conjunta entre<\/span><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\"> la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional Especializada en Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as y Adolescentes (Dinapen) y la Unidad Antisecuestro y Extorsi\u00f3n (Unase). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 20.4pt; background: white; background-attachment: scroll;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\">La sospechosa fue detenida el lunes 17 de septiembre del 2012 en el sector El Limonal, ubicado en la v\u00eda Terminal Terrestre\u2013Pascuales, cuya vivienda es de propiedad de Olmedo Loor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-EC\" style=\"color: #10253f;\">Los procesados por el delito, podr\u00edan recibir una pena de reclusi\u00f3n menor de tres a seis a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Tribunal Tercero de Garant\u00edas Penales del Guayas declar\u00f3 culpable a Linda Lady Bimbela Vera, por el delito de arrebatamiento de ni\u00f1os, seg\u00fan lo establece el Art. 543 del C\u00f3digo Penal.
