B., D., ex Presidente Ejecutivo de Banco Cofiec S.A., dentro de la indagaci\u00f3n previa que investiga la entrega de un cr\u00e9dito por 800.000 d\u00f3lares al ciudadano argentino, Gast\u00f3n Duzac, presuntamente sin las garant\u00edas necesarias, en diciembre del 2011.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">En la diligencia que dur\u00f3 alrededor de tres horas, Bu\u00f1ay explic\u00f3 el proceso de concesi\u00f3n del pr\u00e9stamo, en el que habr\u00edan participado tanto el directorio como el comit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9dito de esa entidad bancaria.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Esta indagaci\u00f3n previa \u00a0inici\u00f3 el 26 de diciembre de 2012, por el presunto delito de peculado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ante el fiscal General del Estado, Galo Chiriboga Zambrano, rindi\u00f3 versi\u00f3n A.
