A. R. L., principal sospechoso, en calidad de autor, del asesinato de Cinthya Joselyn Rebutty Troncoso.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">La resoluci\u00f3n se conoci\u00f3 al final de la audiencia preparatoria de juicio y de presentaci\u00f3n de dictamen fiscal, realizada el 8 de febrero del 2013.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">En la diligencia, el juez Villegas tambi\u00e9n acogi\u00f3 el pedido fiscal de dar paso al juzgamiento, en calidad de encubridores, de otros dos procesados.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">No obstante, sobresey\u00f3 definitivamente al pap\u00e1 del presunto autor del hecho. Mientras que a los otros cinco implicados en este caso los sobresey\u00f3 provisionalmente.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Todos fueron vinculados por la Fiscal\u00eda durante la instrucci\u00f3n fiscal iniciada tras la muerte de Cinthya Rebutty, hecho registrado el 24 de julio del 2012.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por pedido de la Fiscal\u00eda, el juez Andr\u00e9s Villegas, titular del Juzgado D\u00e9cimo Sexto de Garant\u00edas Penales de Daule, resolvi\u00f3 llamar a juicio a\u00a0 C.
