line-height: 115%; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">Quito, 11 de octubre de 2012.-<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"> La Sala de lo Penal de la Corte Provincial de Justicia de Cotopaxi ratific\u00f3 la sentencia de 7 dirigentes del Movimiento Popular Democr\u00e1tico (MPD)<span style=\"color: #333333;\"> <span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #333333;\">quienes\u00a0 se tomaron\u00a0 el edificio de la Gobernaci\u00f3n de esa provincia, el 30 de septiembre de 2010 (30 S), d\u00eda de la revuelta policial.<span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt;\">El Tribunal de Garant\u00edas Penales los acus\u00f3 por el delito tipificado y sancionado en el Art. 155 del C\u00f3digo Penal, \u00a0(invasi\u00f3n de edificios, instalaciones o terrenos con fines delictivos). <span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt;\">En calidad de\u00a0 autores fueron sentenciados a un a\u00f1o de prisi\u00f3n: Hern\u00e1n Y\u00e1nez \u00c1vila, Paul J\u00e1come Segovia,\u00a0 Edwin Washington Lasluisa Cabascango, Carlos Javier Cajilema Salguero y Richard Manuel Artieda Mu\u00f1oz.<span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt;\">Mientras que Carlos Geovanni Alb\u00e1n Y\u00e1nez\u00a0 y Silvia Alexandra Bravo Cajas, fueron acusados como c\u00f3mplices y deber\u00e1n cumplir la pena de seis meses.<span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt;
