{"id":2131,"date":"2012-10-11T13:40:37","date_gmt":"2012-10-11T13:40:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/2012\/10\/11\/fiscalia-incorporara-informacion-de-asambleista-amores-a-investigacion-caso-duzac\/"},"modified":"2012-10-11T13:40:37","modified_gmt":"2012-10-11T13:40:37","slug":"fiscalia-incorporara-informacion-de-asambleista-amores-a-investigacion-caso-duzac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/accesibilidad\/fiscalia-incorporara-informacion-de-asambleista-amores-a-investigacion-caso-duzac\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda incorporar\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n de asamble\u00edsta Amores a investigaci\u00f3n caso Duzac"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-1486\" alt=\"fiscal1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gob.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/images_boletines_fiscal1.jpg\" height=\"300\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; color: #808080;\"><em>foto:archivo<\/em><\/span><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><b>Quito, 11 de octubre del 2012.-<\/b> Galo Chiriboga Zambrano, fiscal General del Estado, incorporar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n entregada por la asamble\u00edsta Betty Amores, este 11 de octubre, a la indagaci\u00f3n abierta por el cr\u00e9dito que Cofiec otorg\u00f3 al argentino Gast\u00f3n Duzac.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Amores entreg\u00f3 al Fiscal Chiriboga una carpeta donde constan cartas, actas de sesiones, correos electr\u00f3nicos, entre otros, datos relacionados al cr\u00e9dito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">El Fiscal General manifest\u00f3 que se realizan acciones procesales en el caso como la orden de que Pedro Delgado, titular del Banco Central del Ecuador, se presente a entregar su versi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">\u201cEn la investigaci\u00f3n se ver\u00e1 si la presunci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito vinculado se confirma o no\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Galo Chiriboga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">La fiscal\u00eda abri\u00f3 indagaci\u00f3n para investigar un cr\u00e9dito de 800.000 d\u00f3lares otorgado a Duzac\u00a0 por Cofiec, entidad bancaria donde el Estado es propietario de m\u00e1s del 90% de las acciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">El pasado 04 de octubre la Superintendencia de Bancos remiti\u00f3 un oficio a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, en el que presume la existencia de \u201cindicios de la perpetraci\u00f3n de un delito relacionado con las actividades de las instituciones financieras\u201d, en el caso del pr\u00e9stamo concedido a Duzac.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Una vez recibida la respectiva informaci\u00f3n el Fiscal General del Estado dispuso el inicio de la correspondiente indagaci\u00f3n previa.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>foto:archivo Quito, 11 de octubre del 2012.- Galo Chiriboga Zambrano, fiscal General del Estado, incorporar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n entregada por la asamble\u00edsta Betty Amores, este 11 de octubre, a la indagaci\u00f3n abierta por el cr\u00e9dito que Cofiec otorg\u00f3 al argentino Gast\u00f3n Duzac.
