Guayaquil, 31 de Mayo de 2012 (Red Fiscal\u00eca) .- <\/strong>El fiscal Provincial del Guayas, Antonio Gagliardo, recept\u00f3 la versi\u00f3n del ex juez temporal de Garant\u00edas Penales, Manuel Prieto Rodr\u00edguez, acusado de presunto prevaricato al otorgar medidas cautelares a Carlos Luis Renella Venegas, acusado de narcotr\u00e1fico.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Esta diligencia se realiz\u00f3 en la Penitenciar\u00eda del Litoral, donde Prieto Rodr\u00edguez est\u00e1 privado de su libertad, desde el pasado 7 de mayo.<\/span><\/p>\n

La versi\u00f3n libre y voluntaria receptada a la ex autoridad judicial, llev\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 2 horas. Una vez analizada se proceder\u00e1 a solicitar la audiencia preparatoria de juicio, indic\u00f3 el fiscal Gagliardo.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Prieto Rodr\u00edguez, encargado del juzgado d\u00e9cimo cuarto de Garant\u00edas Penales, el 7 de marzo del 2012, dispuso la libertad del procesado Carlos Luis Renella Venegas, en ausencia del fiscal encargado de la causa, Leonidas Lema.
