color: #333333;\" lang=\"ES\">).-<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #333333;\" lang=\"ES\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #333333;\" lang=\"ES\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\" size=\"3\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, el Consejo de la Judicatura de Transici\u00f3n y el Ministerio Coordinador de Patrimonio suscribieron una Declaraci\u00f3n de Compromisos para el fortalecimiento de la Tutela Judicial de Patrimonio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\" class=\"ecxMsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #333333;\" lang=\"ES\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\" size=\"3\">En la firma de este acuerdo interinstitucional estuvieron presentes Galo Chiriboga Zambrano, fiscal General del Estado, Paulo Rodr\u00edguez, Tania Arias y Fernando Y\u00e1var, Vocales del Consejo de la Judicatura y Mar\u00eda Fernanda Espinosa, Ministra Coordinadora de Patrimonio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\" class=\"ecxMsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #333333;\" lang=\"ES\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\" size=\"3\">El objetivo principal de este convenio es garantizar y desarrollar una protecci\u00f3n integral del patrimonio\u00a0 natural y cultural del pa\u00eds, comprometiendo esfuerzos\u00a0 institucionales, de talento humano y recursos materiales,\u00a0 adoptando medidas preventivas y cautelares para resguardar los derechos y bienes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" class=\"ecxMsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';\" lang=\"ES\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\" size=\"3\">\u201cLa defensa del patrimonio es elemental para rescatar nuestra cultura\u201d, dijo el fiscal General del Estado, Galo Chiriboga, durante su intervenci\u00f3n, pues a su criterio, la persecuci\u00f3n de delitos que atentan contra la preservaci\u00f3n de los bienes culturales del Ecuador,\u00a0 requiere de la firma de compromisos mutuos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\" class=\"ecxMsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #333333;\" lang=\"ES\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\" size=\"3\">As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n las instituciones antes mencionadas, desarrollar\u00e1n medidas paralelas orientadas al fortalecimiento de la tutela judicial del Patrimonio, con la creaci\u00f3n de judicaturas y fiscal\u00edas especializadas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% white;\" class=\"ecxMsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #333333;\" lang=\"ES\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\" size=\"3\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica','sans-serif';
